Hi, I’m Katie, it’s nice to meet you! A little bit about me. I transitioned from climbing the traditional corporate ladder to nurturing a career built upon my passion for human connection and problem-solving. I view each coaching engagement as an opportunity to work with, learn from, and further a client’s potential. Steadfast elements of my coaching brand revolve around attentive listening, powerful questioning, and a healthy dose of humor.
My coaching work draws upon eight years in strategy consulting, and nearly three years of coaching mentorship under the tutelage of two premiere executive coaches with expertise in human behavior, systems change, and energy leadership.
Outside of coaching, I reside in Houston, Texas with my husband, James, and pup, Copley (an ode to our days in Boston and East Coast roots).
Career Development (developing an authentic personal brand, building strong relationships inside and outside of the organization, strengthening management and leadership skills, gaining power and influence within an organization, building confidence in your career)
Career Transition (honing an authentic and powerful personal brand both inside and outside of an organization, setting a vision for the future of your career, networking to create career opportunities through relationships)
Mid-career professionals (men and women) who are ambitious and high-achieving, who want to reach that next level in their career, and want a strong mentor, advisor, and coach to get there. Many of my clients are already successful in their own right, and close to or at the top of their game, but want still want more out of their life and career. I help them get there. I love working with clients in my normal 4-month coaching package and also forming coaching relationships that extend to longer durations of their career journey.
